Half HYROX Simulation – Dayton Functional Fitness
Get ready to test your fitness at our Half HYROX Simulation on April 11th at Dayton Functional Fitness. This event is designed to give athletes the authentic HYROX race experience in a more accessible format—perfect for first-timers, competitors preparing for a race, or anyone looking for a challenging fitness event.
The Half HYROX follows the same structure and flow as a full HYROX race, but with half the volume in every zone and run. Athletes will move through the standard HYROX race format, alternating runs and workout stations, while completing 50% of the normal race distance and workload.
To keep the competition authentic, we will be offering Open division weights and standards, giving participants a true feel for the race environment.
This event is ideal for:
• Athletes preparing for an upcoming HYROX race
• Those wanting to experience the HYROX format without the full distance
• Functional fitness athletes looking for a new challenge
• Anyone wanting a fun, competitive community event
