Details
CF23 HYROX Simulation at CrossFit TwentyThree, SE23 1AG, Sunday 25th October. Doubles only: run together and share station work through the full race format.
Stations
- SkiErg
- Sled Push
- Sled Pull
- Burpee Broad Jumps
- Row
- Farmers Carry
- Sandbag Lunges
- Wall Balls
Separated by the usual HYROX running efforts.
Divisions
- Male Doubles
- Female Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
Two teams set off every 10 minutes. You will be asked for anticipated completion time, teammate name, division, and a waiver. Final start times are emailed the week before and cannot be changed once published.
Entry
- CF23 members — £30 per team
- Non-members — £40 per team
One ticket covers both athletes. Simulation entry includes free access to the HYROX Race Seminar with Joe Bingham on Saturday 24th October.
