Gymnasium Twickenham Hyrox Simulation on 22 November 2026. HYROX-style test of endurance and team strategy. Race individually or in pairs: pairs run together and split the other work.
Key challenges include a heavy sled push (125kg MM/MF, 100kg FF) and high-rep sandbag lunges, ergs, and wall balls to finish.
Heats start every 3:00 minutes with 4 lanes per heat.
