F45 West Park Roseville hosts a HYROX Simulation on October 18th from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Singles or Doubles, hybrid indoor/outdoor.
To reduce bottlenecks, athletes start with the sled push and sled pull instead of the SkiErg, then continue through the rest of the simulation.
Heat times announced 72 hours prior. Parking in the shopping plaza. No pets or alcohol. Non-refundable. Transfers 48 hours prior.
