Details
HYROX Simulation Day. Check in from 07:25 for 08:00 heats. First heats at 08:00. 2 individuals and 2 teams set off every 8 minutes. Time slots are issued closer to the event.
Registration asks for your 5km time and any previous Hyrox simulation or official Hyrox finish times, to plan heats as close as possible to race day.
