Details
RCCF Hyrox Non-Timed Full Simulation. Open and Pro for individuals and teams, including mixed teams. Closest experience to a real HYROX using real equipment: no treadmills or simulated sleds.
Multiple heats to manage equipment flow. This is not a timed event, so keep your own intervals and/or total time.
RCCF members are free. Punchcard holders use a punch. Non-members $20 per person or $40 per team, plus a small platform fee. Heat assignments on October 15th. No refunds. Athlete replacements allowed.
